APG has designed and engineered an aluminum LED ceiling grid specifically designed for LED stages

 

APG's custom LED ceiling grid ensures LED tiles are aligned perfectly with zero light-spill or gaps.  The LED surface is flat with zero warping possible.  The custom designed solution, based on our experience building LED volumes, can accomodate any side tile or quanitty.  The ceiling grid is made with North American aluminum, which is essential for safety in-studio.

APG can also supply and design electic motors/chains and distros to allow the ceiling to raise/lower/tilt as required.

When it comes to LED ceiling systems, most companies use a pipe and truss solution, which is prone to tile separatation and poor flatness. APG's custom grid saves labor on installation, increases safety, and ensures a perfect image.
